Graduation Requirements
We at Price align our high school graduation requirements with those necessary to attend California’s public 4-year colleges & universities. Below are the graduation requirements for Price Schools, as aligned with the California State University and University of California systems
A. SOCIAL STUDIES
PRICE HIGH SCHOOL (PRICE) 3 YEARS (30 credits): Including one year of World History, cultures, and historical geography and one year of U.S. History or one-half year of U.S. History and one-half year of civics or American Government. Government/Economics
CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY (CSU) 2 YEARS: Including one year of World History, cultures, and historical geography and one-half year of U.S. History or one-half year of civics or American Government.
UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA (UC) 2 YEARS: Including one year of World History, cultures, and historical geography and one-half year of U.S. History or one-half year of civics or American Government.

B. ENGLISH

C. MATH
PRICE 3 YEARS (30 credits): Three years of college preparatory mathematics that include the topics covered in elementary and advanced algebra along with two and three dimensional geometry.
CSU 3 YEARS:Three years of college preparatory mathematics that include the topics covered in elementary and advanced algebra along with two and three dimensional geometry.
UC 3 YEARS: (4 years recommended) Three years of college preparatory mathematics that include the topics covered in elementary and advanced algebra along with two and three dimensional geometry.

D. SCIENCE
PRICE 2 YEARS (20 credits): Two years of laboratory science providing fundamental knowledge in at least two of the following disciplines: biology, chemistry, and physics.
CSU 2 YEARS LAB SCIENCE: Two years of laboratory science providing fundamental knowledge in at least two of the following disciplines: biology, chemistry, and physics.
UC 2 YEARS LAB SCIENCE:(3 years recommended) Two years of laboratory science providing fundamental knowledge in at least two of the following disciplines: biology, chemistry, and physics.

E. FOREIGN LANGUAGE
